Hello Tom,
I like the treatment, the somber mood. Possibly, panning to the right to exclude the pylon extending out of the frame on the left and including more of the building would work better for me?

Panning to the right was no option, the building on the right was under construction and was covered with a billboard.
Maybe a little crop on the left was better, I'm not sure.

Excellent job, Tom. I really like the perspective. Great detail in the stones. I agree with Hugh about that darn pylon.
