Roatan "HDR"

Not sure if this is purist or creational, sorta in between maybe?

This is another of my "pseudo" HDR's (1 RAW file blended with copies), it is my 2nd attempt at "HDR" and I tried to be a bit more "bold" with the tone mapping than I was with the one from Belize (just testing to see what I like best). This time I combined 5 files (-2, -1, 0, +1, +2). I also had some cloning to do in the water, so I cloned most of the Photomatix Trial version's watermarks out as well (didn't want to mess with the one near the sailboat's mast).

This is a photo from a harbour in Roatan where we chartered a catamaran for a snorkeling excursion on their coral reef. Thanks for looking

BTW: If it matters, the setup used was a Canon XTi and Sigma 18-200 OS.

Wow, I love this one. The colors are rich but not overly saturated. I also love the sky; I'm a sucker for HDR clouds...
